Because learning is a lifelong adventure, Temple Beth El is committed to developing and delivering an ongoing stream of classes, content and opportunities to grow.
Saturday Morning Bible Study
Our Bible study group meets regularly at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday mornings either in the library or the Great Room. Led by Rabbi Clopper, it is a “walk-in” program, and the group is always eager to welcome new participants. Refreshments are served. Email Rabbi Clopper for more information.
Wisdom and Wine
Wisdom and Wine is a wonderful Friday night program led by Rabbi Clopper beginning at 9:15 p.m. on select Friday nights.
A fun, spirited and educational conversation, Wisdom and Wine has become one of the most talked-about programs at the temple. Through the generous support of our friends at Bottles and Cases, a hand-picked array of wines are sampled during these relaxed and interactive sessions. In between sips, we engage in conversation on current events in our world and how we can view these events through Jewish eyes. We thank Bottles and Cases for supporting this program and hope you will stop by their store at 99 E. Main Street in Huntington to thank them.
Watch for dates and times of future Wisdom and Wine programs in the weekly TBEvents email newsletter.
